Code of Conduct

The Finders operates in accordance with the Real Estate Agents Act (Professional Conduct and Client Care) Rules 2012, which sets the standard for professional conduct and client care.

If You Have a Concern

We aim to resolve any concerns with clarity and care.

In the first instance, we recommend raising the matter directly with us so we can work towards a resolution. If a satisfactory outcome isn’t reached, you’re welcome to put your concerns in writing.
